Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. Gift Voucher Refunds

Gift voucher purchases made through GiftGator are non-refundable in whole or in part.  If you change your mind however they are fully flexible. Gift Vouchers may be exchanged to be used towards any other GiftGator experience or product at no additional charge. 

2. Product Refunds

Products may be exchanged for a GiftGator account credit, but not returned for cash back.  The only person entitled to an exchange is the purchaser.

Account credits used for a purchase will also be refunded in account credits.

No returns or exchanges allowed on personal goods, (such as pierced earrings, lingerie or swimsuits).

Goods must be returned within 7 days in an unused condition and still have all original tags, packaging, etc.

A restocking fee may be charged dependent on the supplier.  This information would be included in the suppliers’ information provided at the time of checkout.

3. Booking Cancellations

Once your booking has been made, if you cancel it, you may incur a cancellation fee from the Experience Provider. Our Experience Providers have their own cancellation policies which you are bound to follow. In the case of short notice cancellations by you, you may lose your voucher completely if the Experience Provider isn’t able to fill your space on the day. If an Experience Provider needs to cancel an experience for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible in order to reschedule. GiftGator will not reimburse any traveling, accommodation or other expenses incurred by you or any other person in the event of a cancellation.

4. The Weather

Many experiences are weather dependent. You will have the Experience Provider’s details so you can call to confirm if bad weather might affect your proposed experience. We therefore suggest that you call on the morning of your experience if you have any doubt about the weather suitability. If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled at no cost to you.  As Experience Vouchers are not eligible for refunds, you are responsible for  the rescheduling.
