Free pick up and drop off for the Scenic Sip Tour is available at 1301 Ellis Street in Kelowna for groups of 7 or less. Please arrange for a driver that has not consumed any alcohol or use a taxi. Wine tour groups of 8 or more people are private when requested at the time of booking and include pick up and drop off service in Kelowna or Lake Country. To request please contact us . You must be 19 years of age or older. Minimum group numbers for tours are 4. If by 24 hours prior to the start of your tour we don’t have four people booked, we’ll call you to offer some options.

Cancelling 15 days or more in advance of the tour will result in an 85% refund.
Cancelling between 7 and 14 days (inclusive) you will receive a 50% refund.
Between 3 and 6 days (inclusive) you can either receive credits or you will be rescheduled. Less than 72 hours notice will result in no refund.
You can also transfer your spot to another person for no charge but we must be advised in advance.
