Start your day off right by clearing your mind and having a great time with like-minded people, with our morning Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga class. This class is for all yoga experience levels, body shapes, or anybody looking for a fun, new experience. You’ll be laughing along with everyone as you strengthen your balance, tone your muscles and relax your mind. Classes run every Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8 am.
Your Instructor is certified in both yoga and paddleboarding, and is known for spreading laughter and joy wherever she goes! She’ll spot and correct any incorrect poses to ensure a safe and memorable experience.
Bring your own SUP, or rent one for the class. Please contact us if your group is over 6 in number.
